Please Note:

• Returned students who enroll by 9/15/2020 may receive a 5% discount in tuition.
• Additional Q/A support through emails, and extra test practices.
• Class schedule is subject to change based on enrollment. A minimum of 3 students is required to form a group class.
• Classes are available for regular attendance only. A minimum of 2 month enrollment period is required.
• All classes will be held at a regular schedule during the school year, including winter break, spring break, and Easter.
• A 48 hour notification is required for schedule changes and make-ups. Make-ups must be done within the same week.
• No refunds or make-ups for last minute cancellations or no-shows.
• No classes will be held on 11/26/2020, 11/27/2020, and 12/17/2020 to 1/3/2021.
 
 
 

Notification and Makeup Policy

• Students may request make-up or credit for sessions they will miss due to vacation plan or any prescheduled activities by following our policy noted below.
• A minimum 48-hour notification is required for any schedule changes and makeups.
• No refund or makeup available for any last minute cancellation or no-shows.
• Students must be enrolled for at least 2 months before a credit can be allowed. There will be no credit provided for any last-minute schedule change.
• Up to a maximum of 2 sessions may be credited per semester with no more than one credit for any given month.
• A missed group session may be made up by joining other group makeup class within the same week. One-on-one makeup session can be available at an additional charge due to the difference in rates.
• Up to 4 make-up sessions are allowed per semester. All makeups need to be completed within one week from the notified absence.
 
 

Withdraw Policy

• A 2-week notice is required upon any request to cancel a current class enrollment.
• A minimum 2-month enrollment period is required before a withdraw request can be granted.
 
 

Our Holiday Schedule

• No classes will be held on Thanksgiving (11/26/2020, 11/27/2020), and Christmas break (12/17/2020 to 1/3/2021).
• All classes will be held otherwise at the regular schedule till June of 2021, including all other national holidays, winter break and spring break.
• Students may follow our policy to notify of absence for any prescheduled conflicts.
 
 

Policy for one-time based enrollment

• Apply to one-time enrollment classes such as various SAT-2 Subject, AP bootcamps, and summer previews.
• Make-up requests must be notified and pre-arranged upon enrollment. Otherwise, make-ups may not be honored unless another group session is available.
• No credit or refund may be provided.
 
 

Tuition Fee Schedule

• Tuition is collected at the beginning of each payment period.
• There are 4 payment periods in the current 2020-2021 school year.
1st semester - (1)8/13/20 to 10/31/20, (2)11/1/20 to 12/17/20.
2nd semester - (3)1/04/21 to 3/31/21, (4)4/01/21 to 6/03/21.
