 Policy for Notification and Makeup
| • |
Students may request a make-up or credit for sessions they will miss due to vacation plan or prescheduled activities.
A minimum 48-hour notification is required for any forms of makeup or credit requests.
A longer notice may be required upon notification from our office. |

Regular tuition will apply for any student absence with no notification or last-minute schedule change. |
| • |
A missed group session can be made up by joining a different group class of the same week.
If no such group class is available, one-on-one makeup session may be scheduled. However additional charge will apply due to the difference in rates. |

Up to 4 make-up sessions are allowed per semester. |
| • |
A maximum of 2 sessions may be credited per semester, and only 1 session would be allowed in a month. There will be no credit honored for any last-minute schedule change or cancellation. |

Policy for Withdraw

A 2-week notice is required upon any request to cancel a current class enrollment. |

A minimum 2-month enrollment period is required. |

Holiday Schedule

No classes will be held on Thanksgiving 11/24/2016, 11/25/2016, and Christmas break. |
| • |
All classes will be held otherwise at a regular basis till June of 2017, including all other national holidays, winter break and spring break. |

Students may follow our policy to notify of absence for any prescheduled conflicts. |

Tuition Fee Schedule

Tuition is collected at the beginning of each payment period. |

There are 5 payment periods in the 2016-2017 school year.
1st semester - (1)8/22/16 to 10/31/16, (2)11/1/16 to 1st semester end
2nd semester - (3)1/3/17 to 2/28/17, (4)3/1/17 to 4/30/17, (5)5/1/17 to 2nd semester end
